Bait and Switch

They promise you top quality hard enamels and quality materials but give you cheaper soft enamel or printed on low grade, very thin aluminum alloy metal.  Easy to tell the difference if you know what you're looking for.  We can help!

No Prototypes

They never offer you pre-production prototypes because they know they’re possibly cutting corners on your pin quality and don’t want you to see it.

Back Die

They engrave their company name and contact info on the back of your pins without telling you! You own the front and back of each item we produce. 

Rush Delivery

They promise unrealistic 5 – 7 day delivery on any style or process. Wrong! They can only use 100% screenprint (not die-struck enamel or enamel plus printing) and they can only use stock shapes like circles or squares, not custom shapes.  We are 100% custom made, built to your specs.

Samples and Testimonials

They often show samples on their website of pins from clients you’ve never heard of, and offer similar testimonials. There is a reason for this. They don’t have any really well-known clients. You should ask to see samples of some reputable well-known clients, and to also provide you with a name and contact info. If they don’t or won’t do that, you’re best to call us right away.
